the Galaxy and Man.

A Family Constelation to Understand

After years of explaining to people interested in Family Constellations that this is not about stars or the cosmos or astrology, ... or beliefs, or superstitions ... but something phenomenological, I never thought that I would find myself facilitating a Family Constelation about the most important Star and Galaxy of our lives.

I will now share the constellation facilitated in Barcelona, on Saturday, March 7th, 2010.

Elements of the constellation:
The Sun, the Earth, Consciousness, The Galaxy and Man. Halfway through the constellation we added another representative. "What To Do" (WTD)

The constellation was "Blind". That is, I mentally told the representatives who they were, but none of them knew what they were representing.
Note: Before the constellation, the representatives did not know what concepts or people were going to be represented, but we made references to the happenings around 2012, climate changes, and how it may affect Earth and Man.

The 5 representatives were placed without a predetermined order in the center of the room. They were placed alongside each other until they formed a 3/4 of a circle.

The constellation lasted just over half an hour and, to give a more accurate image of the timing of the movements, I will divide the constellation into 5 stages.

The movements of each stage are approximate. Some of them may have occurred or begun in an earlier or later stage. We only intend to give a close idea of the constellation and the insight that was given to us.

Stage 1:
The Sun and the Galaxy moved to one side of the room while Man and the Earth situated to the other side of the room.
Consciousness begins to move in a circle in the center, as if moving on an athletics track at the center of the room.
The Sun begins to turn on itself in one direction. She says that she is spinning slowly, but if she would follow what she feels she would spin much faster.
The Galaxy starts to move slowly around the Sun.
The Earth has her eyes closed and slowly begins to move back and forward.
Man is still.

Stage 2:
The Sun begins to show signs of agitation and she feels concerned about something that she does not understand.
The Galaxy keeps moving around the Sun at the same pace.
The Earth moves harder back and forward.
Consciousness begins to accelerate, moving faster and faster. She is making an elliptical movement in which includes Man and the Earth. There is a moment when the speed increases dramatically, as if something were to happen.
Man is facing the Sun without moving.

Stage 3:
The Earth shakes with increasing intensity, while the Sun is becoming increasingly agitated.
The Galaxy is rotating at a similar pace. She looks in an easy attitude observing everything that happens.
Consciousness continues to move around Man and the Earth with great intensity.
Man is concerned about what happens to the Sun. He does not understand what is happening or know what to do.

Stage 4:
We place a new representative "What To Do" (hereinafter WTD).
"WTD" persues Consciousness very closely, while she keeps moving at high speed. She looks overwhelmed and seems to expect somenthing from Consciousness.
I get the feeling that "WTD" is rather the "Craziness of Man" who wants to tell Consciousness what to do to fix the problem.
The Earth keeps moving back and forward with great intensity, while the Sun begins to feel an intense pain in her belly and kneels on the floor in a fetal position, retreating herself. The Sun expressed that by saying: "I'm shrinking", and says she feels an internal contradiction, as she is rotating to one side and yet she wants to rotate the other way. She expresses something about a change in the direction of rotation which is contrary to its purpose.

The Galaxy keeps more or less the same, moving at the same rate, and comments that wants everyone to come together, that she does not like them to be separated (the Earth, Consciousness, WTD, Man and the Sun)
Consciousness, although accelerated from the beginning, does not seem to be altered and looks fairly neutral.
"WTD" seems quite upset and feels like "doing something urgently."
Consciousness stops completely and "WTD" feels overwhelmed, because she feels that Consciousness must keep moving and can not stand still.
Man wants to be close to "WTD" and they feel good together, but when placed near by Consciousness and the Earth, something does not fit and they are all uncomfortable.

Stage 5:
After several movements, it seems they are all well together for a moment, side by side, but soon "WTD" backs up and moves away.
I wait a moment and I tell "WTD" to get a little closer to Consciousness and say: "You are bigger than me and you know what to do". immediately "WTD" starts going forward and closer to the rest. Once very near, I ask the rest to surround her and give her warmth.

Comments after the constellation:
The representative of Consciousness shares with the rest of us: "I needed to move faster and faster, and when I started to surround the Earth and Man, I also wanted to surround the Galaxy and the Sun, but they were too close to the wall and could not do it". I also remember that I first moved around in one direction and then I began to move in in the opposite direcction.
When "WTD" was placed in and started following me so close, I felt she did not let me expand.

When the Galaxy was moving around the Sun, I assumed that something in the Galaxy is approaching the Sun and causing such agitation.

The representative of the Sun: "I was very affected by the movement of the Galaxy and the movement of Consciousness".
I interpret that the cosmic events that will happen (perhaps in hundred years or perhaps in the years around 2012) can not be changed, but there is something we can do that seems to affect the activity of the Sun. Our state of consciousness may mitigate, at least partly, the solar agitation that is coming.

The representative of Man: She barely moved, but said she wanted to move closer to the Sun.
I interpret this as a desire to understand what happens to the Sun and desire to connect to a wider awareness about the source of life and the cosmos.

The representative of the Earth: In addition to moving back and forward, she said she felt quite cold during much of the constellation.
I interpret that the Earth will pass through a phase of intense earthquakes (she was moving strongly back and forward) and there will probably be volcanic activity and powerful hurricanes. I understand that what will follow is a new ice age.

The Earth, apart from moving back and forward, did not seem to reflect any change of polarity, but the representative of the Sun said that she was pushed to spin in the opposite helplessly. I interpret this as a change of polarity on the Sun

The representative of Consciousness also mentions that she started to make circles in the oposite direction, but does not know why. It may have to do with a change of direction in the way we're becoming "conscious".

Personal Opinions:
To mitigate the potentially dramatic effects of changes in the Sun due primarily to events in the Galaxy, Man must realize his unity with Life, the Earth, the Sun, the Cosmos ... and humbly feel his smallness.
Any attempt to do something "mental" to try to fix the changes that will be coming will produce greater agitation of Consciousness (in an "effort" to reach Man) what would produce more agitation of the Sun (This is something that is difficult to believe, but it was manifested clearly in the constellation).
Only at this level of Consciousness, connected to something bigger than us, allowing us to feel part of the Whole, the Sun will feel relief in the process that will occur due to Galactic motion.

The overall feeling of the representatives, after the constellation, was that something very big is coming that will deeply impact us.

There remains the question of time: When will that happen?
In the constellation's initial approach, we chose the representative of Man, thinking of modern man 2010 - 2012, but it is possible that the phenomena manifested in the constellation was refering to cosmic time, and one minute of the constellation will be a century in cosmic time. This would mean that we have nothing to fear in the near future.
However, the synchronicity of psychological phenomena related to the 2012, the Mayan calendar and other ancient cultures predictions, as well as some recent astrophysical data, suggest that something unusual is about to happen.

Finally, I would like to share that the day after the constellation, on Monday, 8 March 2010, at the exact time I was leaving from Barcelona airport, it caught my attention flakes of snow began to fall. To my surprise, hours later, I discover that a Big Snow has fallen in Barcelona.
Then I read some headlines (Historical Snow Fall... ... City of Barcelona collapsed ... in a few hours).
It is perhaps, once again, the Universe telling us "symbolically" after the constellation of the day before: A small preview of what may be "The Day After."

Time is Now to Be Aware of Who We Are, and our relationship with the Universe. That "Awareness" is up to each one of us.

la Galaxia y el Hombre.

Una Constelación Familiar para Comprender

Tras años de explicar, a las personas que se interesan por las Constelaciones Familiares, que no se trata de las estrellas ni del cosmos ni de astrología,... ni de creencias, ni de supersticiones,... sino que es algo fenomenológico, nunca hubiera pensado que me iba a encontrar facilitando una Constelación  que trata sobre la Estrella y la Galaxia más importante de nuestras vidas.

Comparto a continuación la Constelación que hemos Facilitado en Barcelona, el Sábado, 7 de Marzo del 2010.

Elementos de la Constelación:
El Sol, La Tierra, La Consciencia, La Galaxia y El Hombre. Hacia la mitad de la Constelación se añadió otro representante. “Lo Que Hay Que Hacer” (LQHQH)

La Constelación fue ciega. Es decir, se les dijo mentalmente a los representantes quienes eran, pero ninguno sabía lo que estaba representando.
Nota: Antes de la Constelación, ningún representante sabía que conceptos o personas iban a ser representados, pero hicimos referencia al 2012, al cambio climático, y a cómo puede afectar a la Tierra y al Hombre.

Los 5 representantes fueron colocados en el centro de la sala, sin un orden determinado de antemano. Según eran elegidos, se les colocaba uno al lado del otro hasta que formaron unas 3/4 partes de un círculo.

La Constelación duró algo más de media hora y, para dar una imagen más precisa de los tiempos de los movimientos, vamos a dividir la Constelación en 5 etapas.

Los movimientos de cada etapa son aproximados. Alguno de los movimientos pueden haberse dado o empezado en una etapa anterior o posterior. Tan solo pretendemos dar una idea aproximada de la Constelación y de la Visión que nos ha dado.

1ª Etapa:
El Sol y la Galaxia se posicionan en una parte de la sala mientras que el Hombre y la Tierra se situan hacia el otro lado de la sala.
La Conciencia se empieza a mover en círculo en la zona centro, como si se deslizara por una pista de atletismo situada en el centro de la sala.
El Sol empieza a girar sobre sí mismo en una dirección. Nos comenta que está girando despacio, pero si sigue lo que siente giraría mucho más rápido.
La Galaxia empieza a dar vueltas alrededor del Sol lentamente.
La Tierra tiene los ojos cerrados y empieza a tambalearse lentamente.
El hombre está quieto.

2ª Etapa:
El Sol empieza a dar señales de agitación y se siente afectado por algo que no entiende.
La Galaxia sigue girando alrededor del Sol al mismo ritmo.
La Tierra se tambalea con más fuerza.
La Conciencia empieza a acelerarse, girando cada vez más deprisa. Realiza un movimiento elíptico en el que incluye al hombre y a la Tierra. Llega un momento en que la velocidad aumenta enormemente, como si algo fuera a suceder.
El Hombre está mirando hacia el Sol sin moverse.

3ª Etapa:
La Tierra se tambalea cada vez con más intensidad, mientras que el Sol está cada vez más agitado.
La Galaxia sigue girando a un ritmo similar, en una actitud pausada de observación de todo lo que sucede.
La Conciencia sigue girando alrededor del Hombre y de la Tierra con mucha intensidad.
El Hombre se siente afectado por lo que pasa con el Sol. No comprende lo que está sucediendo ni sabe lo que tiene que hacer.

4ª Etapa: Sacamos al representante "Lo que hay que hacer" (en adelante LQHQH).
"LQHQH" persigue muy de cerca a la Conciencia que sigue moviéndose a mucha velocidad. Está agobiada y parece querer decirle a la Conciencia que haga algo.
Me llega la percepción que LQHQH es más bien la “Locura del Hombre” que quiere decirle a la Conciencia lo que tiene que hacer para solucionar el problema.
La Tierra se sigue tambaleando con mucha intensidad, mientras que el Sol empieza a sentir un dolor muy fuerte en su vientre y se arrodilla en el suelo en posición fetal replegándose consigo mismo. El Sol se expresa diciendo: “Me estoy contrayendo”, y manifiesta que siente una contradicción interna, pues está girando hacia un lado y sin embargo desea girar en sentido contrario. Expresa algo relacionado con una variación en su sentido de giro que es contrario a su propósito.

La Galaxia se mantiene más o menos en el mismo movimiento a un mismo ritmo y comenta que los quiere ver unidos a todos, que no le gusta que estén separados (Tierra, Consciencia, LQHQH, Hombre, Sol.)
La Conciencia, aunque acelerada desde el principio, no está apenas alterada y se ve bastante neutra.
"LQHQH" está muy inquieto, y siente que tiene que “hacer algo de forma urgente”. 
La Consciencia se para totalmente, ante lo cual "LQHQH" se agobia, porque entiende que tiene que seguir moviéndose, que no puede pararse.
El hombre quiere estar cerca de "LQHQH", y juntos se sienten bien, pero al juntarlos con la Conciencia y la Tierra, algo no encaja y no están cómodos.

5ª Etapa:
Después de varios movimientos, parece que todos están bien por unos instantes, juntos uno al lado del otro, pero pronto "LQHQH" retrocede y se aleja.
Espero un poco y le digo a "LQHQH" que se acerque un poco a la Conciencia para decirle: "Eres más grande que yo y sabes lo que hacer" Al decir esto, "LQHQH" tiene un impulso a ir hacia adelante y se acerca al resto. Cuando está muy cerca, les pido al resto que la rodeen y le den calor.

Comentarios después de la Constelación:
El representante de la Consciencia nos comenta:
"Necesitaba girar cada vez más rápido y cuando empecé a incluir en mi giro a la Tierra y al Hombre también quería rodear a la Galaxia y al Sol pero estaban demasiado cerca de la pared y no podía pasar" También recuerdo que primero giraba en una dirección y después empecé a girar en otra.
Cuando salió "LQHQH" y me seguía tan de cerca, sentía que no me dejaba expandirme.

En cuanto a la Galaxia dando vueltas alrededor del Sol, yo interpreto que algo de la Galaxia se está acercando al Sol y causando dicha agitación.

El representante del Sol: "Me sentía muy afectado por el movimiento de la Galaxia y por el movimiento de la Conciencia".
Interpreto que los sucesos cósmicos que van a suceder (quizás en unos cientos de años o quizás en estos años alrededor del 2012) no se puede cambiar, pero hay algo que podemos hacer que parece afectar a la actividad del Sol. Nuestro estado de conciencia puede mitigar, al menos en parte, la agitación solar que está por llegar.

El representante del Hombre: No se movía apenas, pero nos comenta que quería acercarse al Sol.
Interpreto esto como un deseo de comprender lo que sucede con el Sol y de conectar con una conciencia más amplia sobre la fuente de la vida y del cosmos.

El representante de la Tierra: Además de tambalearse, decía sentir bastante frio durante gran parte de la Constelación.
Interpreto que la Tierra va a pasar por una etapa de intensos terremotos (se tambaleaba mucho) y seguramente tendrá lugar bastante actividad volcánica y huracanes. Entiendo que lo que seguirá será una nueva edad de hielo.

La Tierra, aparte de tambalearse, no parecía reflejar ningún cambio de polaridad, pero el representante del Sol manifiesta que fue empujado a girar en la dirección contraria, sin poder evitarlo. Interpreto esto como un cambio de polaridad en el Sol.

El representante de la Conciencia también menciona que empieza a hacer los círculos en la otra dirección, pero no sabe por qué. Quizás tenga que ver con un cambio de sentido en la forma en que vamos a "tomar conciencia".

Conclusiones Personales:
Para mitigar en lo posible los dramáticos efectos de los cambios en el Sol debidos fundamentalmente a sucesos en la Galaxia, el Hombre debe tomar conciencia de su unión con la vida, la tierra, el sol, el cosmos... y con humildad sentir su pequeñez.
Cualquier intento de hacer algo "mental" para intentar solucionar los cambios que se van a producir causará una mayor agitación de la conciencia (en un "esfuerzo" por llegar al hombre) lo que produciría una mayor agitación del Sol (Esto es algo que puede resultar poco creible, pero se manifestó claramente en la Constelación).
Solamente en ese nivel de conciencia, conectada con algo más grande que nosotros, que nos permita sentirnos parte de ese Todo, el Sol sentirá alivio en el proceso de agitación que se va a producir debido a los movimientos Galácticos.

El sentir general de los representantes, en el coloquio después de la Constelación, es que lo que se aproxima es algo muy grande que nos va a impactar profundamente.

Queda la duda del tiempo, de cuándo sucederá.
En el planteamiento inicial de la Constelación, elegimos al representante del Hombre pensando en el hombre actual 2010 - 2012, pero es posible que los fenómenos manifestados en la constelación sean tiempos cósmicos, es decir que un minuto de la Constelación sea un siglo en tiempo cósmico y no tengamos nada que temer en un futuro próximo.
No obstante, la psico-sincronicidad de los fenómenos relacionados con el 2012, el calendario Maya y las predicciones de tradiciones milenarias, además de algunos datos astrofísicos recientes, parecen indicar que algo excepcional está a punto de suceder.

Por último, comentar que al día siguiente de la Constelación, el lunes 8 de marzo del 2010, a la hora exacta en que salía desde el aeropuerto de Barcelona, empezaron a caer unos copos de nieve que llamaron mi atención.
Ante mi sorpresa, horas más tarde, me comentan la Gran Nevada que ha caido en Barcelona.
Después he visto los titulares (Histórica Nevada... Imprevista... Ciudad de Barcelona Colapsada... en Solo unas Horas).
Es quizás, el Universo mostrándose de nuevo "simbólicamente" después de la Constelación del día anterior: Un pequeño adelanto de lo que puede ser "El Día Después".

El Tiempo es Ahora para Tomar Verdadera Conciencia de Quienes Somos y Nuestra Relación con el Universo. Esa "TOMA DE CONCIENCIA" Sí Depende de Cada Uno de Nosotros.

... Indagaciones científicas sobre el 2012.
